How To Buy
Step 1: Choose the product(s) you want to buy. If you are on the category page, click on theย Detailsย button for viewing the detailed description or, you can directly add the product to the cart by clicking on theย Add To Cartย button.
Step 2: If you are on the details page, read the details of the product. Select your desired size (if applicable) and input quantity and then pressย Add To Cartย button.
Step 3: Once you clickย Add to Cart, a pop-up window with a drop-down list of locations for selecting your preferred shipping location will appear.
a)ย ย ย ย Select your preferred shipping location from the list and press theย CONTINUEย button.
b)ย ย ย ย If you are already logged into your account, the location selector drop-down will not appear.
Step 4: Upon selecting location/ clicking onย Add to Cartย button,ย a mini-cartย will appear.
a)ย ย ย ย If you want to buy more items, add more items to your cart.
b)ย ย ย ย If you have a coupon code, click on theย Apply Couponย button at the bottom of the mini-cart, a coupon code field will appear. Apply your coupon here.
c)ย ย ย ย If you want to proceed to checkout with the items in your cart, press theย Continueย button.
Step-5: Once you click on theย Continueย button in the mini cart,ย you will land on a 4-step checkout page.
a)ย ย ย ย You can go back to the cart by clicking on theย Shop Moreย button on the mini-cart if you change your mind to add more items to the cart.
b)ย ย ย Enterย yourย Phone Numberย andย click/tap onย Proceedย button.
c)ย ย ย If you are an already registered customer,
i) The system will ask for inputting your password.ย Enter yourย Passwordย and login into your account.
ii) If you have forgotten your password, you can recover by clickingย Forgot Passwordย button.
d)ย ย ย ย ย If you are not a registered customer,
i) The system will send anย OTPย SMS to your Phone.
ii) Input theย OTPย and click onย Submit OTPย button
iii) Then, the system will ask you toย choose and set a password.
iv) Input your preferred password, and click onย Proceedย button.
v) You can click on the SKIP button if you don’t want to set a password.
e)ย ย ย ย After Login/Completing OTP submission, the checkout will move you to theย Shipping Addressย step.
Step 6: Pleaseย Select a Shipping Addressย from your available Shipping Address list. You can also edit an existing address orย Add a New Address.
Step 7: Select theย Shipping Method. Shipping Charge breakdowns are shown as per possible shipments. Click onย theย Continueย button, the checkout will move you to theย Payment Methodย step.
Step 8:ย Select your preferred Payment Methodย from the available payment methods: COD/Visa/Master/Amex or bKash.
Step 9: Click on theย Confirm Orderย button, you will get a thank you message.
a)ย ย ย ย ย If you have chosen online payment, you will be redirected to the payment gatewayย where you need to input your card info for completing the payment.
b)ย ย ย You will get an SMS & Email (if you have input a valid Email account) confirming your order was placed successfully.
c)ย ย ย ย Our customer support team will contact you for processing the order.
Note:
a) You can buy products in Equal Monthly Instalment,ย EMI. EMI Offer is available on products priced above or equal to Tk. 5,000.
b) Select EMI and click theย Add To Cartย Button, but remember that EMI and NON-EMI products cannot be bought together. If you want to buy both EMI & Non-EMI products, you have to place separate orders.
c) If you want to place orders forย Pre-Orderย products, you can only buy pre-ordered products. You cannot buy regular products with Pre-order products. If you want to buy both pre-order & regular products, you have to place separate orders.
